Welcome to LeashFreeLove. By using our website, services and facilities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or availing any service.
1. General Terms
• All services are provided based on availability, advance bookings and confirmation.
• LeashFreeLove reserves the right to accept or refuse service based on safety, medical or behavioural reasons.
• Prices, offers and operating hours are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Pet Eligibility
• Only pets that are medically fit and non-contagious are accepted for services.
• Pets showing infectious disease symptoms may be refused for the safety of other animals.
• Vaccination records may be required for boarding, daycare, grooming and group activities.
3. Health & Medical Responsibility
• Parents must inform us of existing health issues, allergies, special needs, medication or behaviour concerns before availing any service.
• In case of injury or sudden illness during the stay or service, LeashFreeLove may seek veterinary treatment at the owner’s cost if immediate action is required.
• We are not liable for conditions that arise from undisclosed medical history or pre-existing illnesses.
4. Behavior & Safety
• Pets must not show severe aggression toward humans or other animals without prior disclosure.
• If a pet displays continuous unsafe behaviour, we may stop the service for the safety of others.
• Damage caused by a pet to property or another pet due to aggression or unsafe actions may be the owner’s responsibility.
5. Payments & Refunds
• Payment must be made in advance for all bookings unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds are not applicable for partial use or early cancellation of long-term packages.
• For prepaid bookings, cancellation charges may apply if cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the service time.
6. Boarding & Daycare Specific Terms
• Feeding, sleeping, medication and activity routines will be followed as closely as possible, based on parent instructions.
• Parents must provide necessary food or medicines if their pet is on a specific diet or medical plan.
• Pets may participate in social/playgroup activities only if temperament allows and parent approval is given.
7. Grooming Specific Terms
• Grooming services involve tools like trimmers, dryers and scissors. Although safety protocols are followed, minor nicks, stress reactions or clipper marks may occur in rare cases.
• If a pet is severely matted, additional charges may apply for dematting or shaving for hygiene and safety.
8. Training Specific Terms
• Training progress depends on consistency at home. Parent participation is strongly recommended.
• No trainer can guarantee behaviour transformation without continued reinforcement from the owner.
9. Pet Walks Specific Terms
• Walk timing may be adjusted due to weather, traffic or safety concerns.
• Parents are responsible for providing collar/leash in good condition.
10. Furry Holiday Vacation Terms
• Activities, destinations and duration may vary depending on weather and safety.
• Photos and videos are recorded for monitoring purposes and may be used on social platforms unless the parent opts out.
11. Breeding / Matrimony Terms
• Ethical breeding guidelines are strictly followed.
• Pairing is done only after medical and behavioural suitability confirmation.
• Forced breeding is strictly prohibited.
12. Media & Photography
• Photos and videos may be taken for monitoring, security and marketing purposes.
• Parents may opt out anytime by notifying our team.
13. Limitation of Liability
• While every precaution is taken to ensure safety, LeashFreeLove is not responsible for:
– Illness due to pre-existing medical conditions
– Injury caused by self-harm or aggression
– Issues arising from undisclosed medical or behavioural history
14. Policy Updates
These Terms & Conditions may be updated anytime. Continued use of our services means you agree to the revised terms.
